1. Organizational Status

The Jerusalem AI Center is an initiative of Human Co-Pilot.

2. Use of Endowment Funds

All endowment contributions are held strictly for the long-term support of the Jerusalem AI Center's mission, including: (a) the Fellowship program and its participants, (b) institutional research and curriculum development, (c) the physical campus and facilities in Jerusalem, and (d) the ongoing operational sustainability of the institution. No endowment funds are used for commercial or for-profit activities.

3. Separation from Commercial Activities

The Jerusalem AI Center operates a separate commercial division (Human Co-Pilot Ltd.) that provides fee-for-service enterprise training. This commercial entity is legally and financially independent from the Center's community and research activities. Commercial revenue does not fund those activities, and community funding does not subsidize commercial operations.

4. Donor Bill of Rights

Donors to the Jerusalem AI Center have the right to: (a) be informed of the organization's mission, governance, and capacity; (b) know how their contribution will be used; (c) receive appropriate acknowledgment and recognition; (d) be assured that information about their donation is handled with respect and confidentiality; (e) expect that all relationships with individuals representing the organization will be professional; (f) have access to the organization's most recent financial statements; (g) feel free to ask questions and receive prompt, truthful answers.

5. Financial Transparency

Upon request, the Jerusalem AI Center will provide donors with annual financial reports, including statements of activities, balance sheets, and information about how endowment funds are invested and deployed. Financial statements will be made available within a reasonable time after the close of each fiscal year.

6. Governance

The Jerusalem AI Center is in the process of forming a board of directors to provide fiduciary oversight and strategic direction as the institution grows.
